Ordering and delivery

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our selection of T-shirts, select the size and design you like, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://account.gladmumma.com and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@gladmumma.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via contact@gladmumma.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 3-5 business days within India. International orders typically takes 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs.599 & Rs. 50 for orders below Rs.599. For express shipping we charge Rs.100 (please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package on our website or through the carrier's website.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the credit cards, debit cards, UPIs, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery.  We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept international payments by PayPal. If you decide to use paypal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use SSL encryption to ensure that your payment information is secure and protected. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

  • Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
  • If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at contact@gladmumma.com 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 7 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. Customised items are not returnable because they are made to order specially for you. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend referring to our size guide.

 

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?

No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.

What is the return policy for customized T-shirts?

Due to the personalized nature of custom T-shirts, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect in the product. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance at contact@gladmumma.com 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take video of the product while opening the courier and email our customer service team via contact@gladmumma.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes for babies, toddlers, and kids. Please refer to our Size Chart for detailed measurements and to find the perfect fit for your child.

Are your T-shirts made from organic materials?

Yes, we are proud to offer T-shirts made from 100% organic cotton, ensuring they are soft, safe, breathable, hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly.

How should I care for my Glad Mumma T-shirts?

For best results, we recommend washing your T-shirts in cold water with like colors and do not tumble dry. Avoid using bleach and ironing directly on printed designs.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. You can choose this option at checkout and add a personalized message to make your gift extra special.
